Last week was Teacher Appreciation Week, and boy did our PTO show their appreciation! They did so many nice things for us, ranging from movies in the teachers' lounge to delicious lunches and snacks all week long.
I made this thank you card to show my appreciation for their appreciation :o)
I fussy cut the cherries from the My Little Shoebox Lil' Critter line and used a coordinating patterned paper from the same line as the background. I added fabric tape, lace, a doily (or half of a doily LOL), and combined stamps from My Little Shoebox and DeNami Design for the focal point.
Ingredients:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Patterned Paper: My Little Shoebox
Stamps: DeNami Design Whimsical Oval Frame and My Little Shoebox Garden Party
Ink: Memento in Rich Cocoa; Copic Markers in YG97 Spanish Olive and YG99 Marine Green; VersaMagic in Sage; and ColorBox Fluid Chalk Cat's Eye in Coral
Other: Marvy 2.5" Scallop Circle Punch; EK Success Dotted Scallop Edger Punch; We R Memory Keepers paper doily; e2 Daily fabric tape; Decollections lace tape; and Hampton Arts a la mode clear embossing powder
Thank you so much for all of the sweet comments yesterday about my Girlie Girl card! Before I forget, here are a couple reminders about the DeNami Design Girlie Girl blog hop.
